The SAE1 is a high accuracy angle CAN sensor.
It is specifically designed to be used in demanding machine guidance applications.
It can be software configured as a full 360° angle sensor or a +-90° pitch roll sensor. Its stainless steel housing and connectors provide protection in the harshest environments.

Once installed the sensor can be configured over the CAN bus. It has three predefined filters to match the required responsiveness.
- Multifunctional sensor
It is designed so you would only need one sensor that can be configured for the task at hand. It can be used for both bulldozer and excavator applications.
- Wide range of possibilites
- Verified stability
Every sensor is calibrated to specification and verified on our calibration benches in both the rotational and pitch-roll planes and is stability verified before shipping. During calibration the sensor is referenced to the sides and bottom of the housing for angular en pitch roll respectively.
- Data update rate
The data update rate can be set from 1 Hz up to 30 Hz.
