1.Gyro Stabilized 3-Axis Inclination Sensors

High-accuracy inclination sensors built from rugged, shock-absorbing materials are distributed across the moving joints of the boom, blade, and bucket.

2.Multi-interface GNSS Receiver with RTK Correction

The high-precision GNSS receiver is mounted safely inside the protected environment of the cabin or the engine cabin. This strategic placement secures critical satellite telemetry while ensuring structural longevity.The GNSS receiver provides both multi-interface data routing as well as a multi-RF interface.

3. Power Distribution Box

The robust power distribution box is mounted safely inside the cabin or engine cabin, keeping sensitive electronic connections completely protected from severe rig vibrations and harsh outdoor elements.

4. Encoder and Digital & I/O Gateway*

A specialized I/O and digital gateway is positioned near the base of the excavator. Built from premium stainless steel and industry-standard M12-connectors, this rugged unit ensures reliable communication between diverse sensors, controllers and operator systems.

This unit also supports direct handling of encoder signals, I/O and a gateway to CANopen, giving operators the flexibility to control position data and machine functions through a single, consolidated interface.
